Akershus Fortress and the Resistance Museum

Akershus Fortress is the perfect playground for a two-year-old boy who loves to explore. We pretended to shoot canons, hid in a secret tunnel, watched the changing of the castle guards, and walked on some very high fortress walls.

We also visited the Norwegian Resistance Museum, which houses photographs and historical artifacts from the Nazi invasion of Norway during WWII (we thought it was very interesting; Zach sat and ate raisins, lol).
