Happy Halloween!

Halloween is pretty new to Norway---they've only celebrated it here for about a decade, and it hasn't quite caught on in every neighborhood.

We managed to find one house (and only one house---even after searching for about an hour!) to trick-or-treat at. They were thrilled to meet Zach and loaded him up with goodies.

Suiting up in long underwear

Practicing his lion roar (very loudly)

We were thrilled to find this house!

The very nice lady who answered the door---she was as excited to see "real" trick-or-treaters as we were to have found a house welcoming us!

Zachy and Daddy acting silly on the bus. We rode around for about an hour trying to scope out a neighborhood to trick-or-treat. We didn't have much luck, but we had lots of fun looking.
